Fencing Services
When creating a border for your property, fencing is an ideal choice, a cheaper option than building a wall, and a more permanent and secure option than hedging.
Different types of fencing
Closeboard fencing
– This is the best choice of fencing, it is the strongest and most long-lasting. It is constructed using tantalised timber posts and arris rails and gravel boards, with feather, edged pales attached. It is an ideal choice for boundaries that are not straight, as the bays can be adapted easily, whether in height or width.
Panelled fencing
– This is a cheaper option. We secure ready-made panels, to tantalised timber posts, concreted into the ground. The panels come in a variety of different sizes. Concrete posts can also be used, which allow the panels to be slotted into them.
Screening fencing
– Ready-made screens of Willow or Hazel can be secured to provide an edge to a boundary or to provide a screen to separate different areas of a garden. It can also be used to disguise unsightly areas, such a bin stores or compost heaps.
Trellis fencing
– Panels of trellis can be great to add height to a new or existing fence, to add interest or privacy. Or panels of trellis can be attached to walls or sheds to help climbing plants. Bespoke panels can be made to any size or shape.
Horizontal battening
– Horizontal battening has become increasingly popular as a contemporary alternative for fencing and screening. It looks great in softwood either painted or unpainted, or for the added wow factor to your garden, Hardwood looks amazing.
